Ceiling fan install
Remove and dispose of existing kitchen faucet. Hookup supply lines, test for leaks and proper functionality.
Turn of main water supply to house. Remove and dispose of existing valve stem and replace with new valve stem. Test for leaks. ***PARTS INCLUDED***
Bathroom faucet install
Remove and dispose of existing kitchen faucet. Hookup supply lines, test for leaks and proper functionality.
Remove existing garbage disposal. Install new garbage disposal, test for leaks and proper functionality.
Valve replacement
Remove and dispose of leaking valve. Install new valve, test for leaks and proper functionality.

Interior lights install
Remove and dispose of existing light fixture. Install new light fixture, test for proper electrical connection.
Interior door install
Remove and dispose of existing interior door. Install new interior door test for proper closure and functionality.

Bidet Install
Remove and discard existing toilet seat. Install bidet provided by customer. Test for leaks and proper functioning.
Tv mount install
Install tv mount provided by customer. Mount tv to bracket. Test for proper functionality.
Remove and dispose of exterior door hardware. Install new ext. door lock hardware. Download and program app and sync with phone.

Remove and dispose of existing exterior door. Install new exterior door, check for proper closure/functioning.
Cut opening in exterior door. Install doggie door per manufacturer specifications. Test for proper functionality.
Remove and discard existing window. Install new window. Caulk, re-attach trim and siding.
Remove and discard existing hot water tank. Install new hot water tank, test for leaks.
Remove existing kitchen sink and faucet. Install new kitchen sink and re-install existing faucet or new replacement faucet. Check for leaks and proper functioning.
Turn off water supply to dishwasher. Disconnect water supply and drain. Remove existing dishwasher. Install new dishwasher. Check for leaks and proper functioning.
